Егемен ел тыныштығының кепілі – шекара тыныштығы, Отанды қорғап, күні-түні көз ілмейтін шекарашы қызметінің маңызы зор. Қазіргі таңда Алматы облысы бойынша Департаменті Қарасай ауданына байланысты “Қаскелең” шекара бөлімшесінің ерікті жасақ мүшелерімен мемлекеттік шекарамызды қырағылықпен күзетуде. Осы қызмет жолында өзінің ерен еңбегін қосып атсалысып жатқан ерікті жасақ мүшесі Жазылбек Кенже өзінің жұмысының аса маңызды әлі жауапкершілікті талап ететінін айтуда. Көршілес мемлекеттермен бейбіт аспан астында достық қатынаста ғана болу біздің елдің өмір сүру салтына айналса, басты күшіміз – бірлікте. Десе де, ұшқан құстың қанаты, шапқан тұлпар тұяғы талатын ұлан ғайыр атырап шебін шекарашылар жіті қорып, кірпік қақпай күзетуде.Сондықтан да олар қандай болсын құрметке лайықты.
